iMyList – Privacy Policy
We at CalluxNet Consulting AB regard the protection and confidentiality of your data highly important. We collect and use your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) specified by the EU authorities.
This privacy policy governs your use of the software application iMyList and iMyList+ (“Application”) for mobile devices. The Application is an advanced list manager app that helps you to create lists for anything you need.
Who Is Collecting the Data?
The data controller is CalluxNet Consulting AB, Friggagatan 5B, SE-411 01 Göteborg, Sweden. Automatically collected data of the Application is collected by third parties and shared with CalluxNet, in which case we are a data processor.
As a user of the Application, you are considered the Data Subject.
What Data Is Being Collected?
The Application will store any information you provide (User Provided), in its local database storage on your device.
When you use the Application, it may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location. This data can only be collected if you explicitly allow the Application to access location data. You may disable this at any time in the security settings on your device.
When you use the Application, it may access your photo library or camera on the device if you want to store photos in the Application. The photo library and the camera can only be accessed if you explicitly allow the Application to access them. You may disable this at any time in the security settings on your device.
None of the data accessed by the Application on the device or stored in the local database of the Application, as mentioned above, is collected by CalluxNet.
As user of the Application you may contact CalluxNet for suggestions, questions, and other matters regarding the Application using email, reviews on the AppStore, or other means of communication. Any information you supply may be collected by CalluxNet, depending on the situation at hand.
The Application or third parties may collect certain information automatically (Automatically Collected), including your purchase of the Application on the app store, any in-app purchases you make in the Application, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, information about the way you use the Application, and any errors or crashes occurring while using the Application. This information is anonymized, and we cannot relate it to any identifiable user.
How Is the Collected Data Used?
The collected information is used to analyze the usage of the Application in order to enhance the quality and you user experience of and functions in the Application.
What Is the Legal Basis for Processing the Data?
The legal basis for collecting personal data is as follows:
- Handling of location data, photos from the photo library, and access to the camera: by consent from the user, by legitimate interest by us.
- Contact with CalluxNet: by legal obligation to which we as controller are subject to, by consent from the user, legitimate interest by us.
- Automatically collected data: by legal obligation to which we as controller are subject to, by consent from the user, by legitimate interest by us.
Will the Data Be Shared with Third Parties or Third Countries?
Yes, we will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process.
- when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
- if CalluxNet Consulting AB is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.
- to third party analytics companies to help us understand how the Application is being used (Automatically collected data).
Yes, we will share your information with third parties and third countries only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement:
- Your name, country and review of the Application as entered on the AppStore may be published on our web site or the AppStore for advertisement purposes.
How Long Will the Data Be Stored?
User Provided data will remain on the device until you uninstall the Application. User Provided data stored in your iCloud storage will not be removed by the Application when it is uninstalled.
If you allow the Application to store its database in your iCloud storage, and the Application has the functionality to do so, you can delete it yourself in the settings on your device. Visit Accounts & Passwords, select the iCloud account, Manage Storage, select the Application entry in the list, and then select Delete Data (this may change depending on the operating system version).
Any collected personal data will be deleted as soon as possible after it is not needed anymore for the purpose it was collected. A review once a year will be done by us to determine what collected data is not needed anymore.
Automatically collected data will be deleted when it is not necessary anymore for the purpose it was collected, or up to 7 years as specified by legal obligations we as controller are subject to, for example the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
What Are Your Rights as Data Subject?
As a data subject you have rights you should be aware of.
- You are entitled to get one copy of the personal data we store about you. Any additional copies may be supplied at a reasonable surcharge.
- You are entitled to data portability of the personal data we store.
- You are entitled to have your personal data corrected if it is incorrect, incomplete or misleading, and the right to restrict our usage of the data, until it is corrected.
You may, under certain circumstances, have your personal data deleted:
- If the data is no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected.
- If the treatment is based on the individual's consent and you revoke the consent.
- If the treatment is for direct marketing and you oppose the processing of the data.
- If you oppose personal data processing that occurs in the exercise of authority or after balancing our legitimate interests and there are no legitimate reasons that outweigh your personal interests.
- If personal data has been processed illegally.
- If deletion is required to fulfill a legal obligation.
How Can You as Data Subject Raise A Complaint?
You also have the right to withdraw a consent, oppose any automatic decision-making, profiling and objection to direct marketing. You may at any time exercise your rights by requesting access to, correction of, deletion of, limit treatment of, and object to treatment of your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to file a complaint regarding our processing of personal data to the Swedish data supervisory authority at www.datainspektionen.se.
You may also stop all collection of data by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Children
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at imylist@calluxnet.se. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy at our web site. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. You can check the history of this policy by visiting our web site.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in Sweden. If you reside outside Sweden your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under Swedish privacy standards.
